Terms and Conditions: Wallet & Service Deduction Policy

Welcome to Useus24. By using our in-app wallet and availing of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

​1. Definition of In-App Wallet

​The Useus24 Wallet is a prepaid digital account linked to your user profile on the Useus24 website and mobile application.
​It can only be used to purchase and avail of authorized services offered within the Useus24 platform managed by Useus24 Service India.
​The balance in the wallet does not earn any interest.

​2. Funding the Wallet (Add Money)

​You can top up your wallet balance using available payment modes (e.g., UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or authorized digital wallets) & Offline payment verified by the team of Useus24.

​Limits: Useus24 Service India reserves the right to set a minimum top-up amount and a maximum wallet limit per user as per regulatory guidelines.
​Once a payment is successfully processed, the balance will be reflected in your wallet immediately.

​3. Service Usage and Automatic Deduction
 Immediate Deduction: By requesting or consuming any service on our platform, you explicitly authorize Useus24 Service India to automatically deduct the corresponding service fee from your Useus24 wallet balance.

​Insufficient Balance: If your wallet balance is lower than the required service fee, you will not be able to avail of the service until you recharge your wallet.
​Pricing Dynamic: Service rates are subject to change. The amount deducted will always be based on the active pricing displayed on the Useus24 platform at the time of the service request.

​4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

​Failed Services: If an amount is deducted from your wallet but the service is not delivered due to a technical glitch from our end, the full amount will be automatically refunded back to your Useus24 Wallet within 7 to 14 working days.

​User Cancellations: If you cancel a service after initiating it, cancellation charges may apply based on the specific service rules, and the remaining amount (if any) will be processed back to the wallet.

​Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: Money once added to the wallet is non-refundable to your bank account and non-transferable to any other user's wallet. It can only be exhausted by consuming services on the Useus24 app/website.

​5. Wallet Validity and Inactivity
​Expiry: Wallet balances do not expire as long as your account remains active.
​Inactivity: If an account remains completely inactive for a continuous period of 12 months, Useus24 Service India reserves the right to suspend the account or forfeit the remaining balance, subject to applicable local laws.

​6. Fraud Prevention and Account Suspension
​If the company detects any fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity related to your wallet transactions, Useus24 Service India reserves the right to freeze your wallet balance, suspend your account, and take legal action without any prior notice.

​7. Dispute Resolution
​If you notice any unauthorized or incorrect deduction from your wallet, you must report it to our customer support team at 'support@useus24.org' within 48 hours of the transaction. Any disputes raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.

​8. Changes to These Terms
​Useus24 Service India reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of major changes via in-app/website notifications or email. 
Continued use of the wallet after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy: Data Privacy & History Retention Policy

At Useus24 Service India, we are highly committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This policy outlines how we handle, store, and manage your transactional and service data on the Useus24 website and mobile application.

1. Data Collection and Usage

Useus24 Service India collects necessary user data, including transaction history, service requests, and wallet logs, solely to provide, improve, and secure our services.

Your personal and financial information is securely processed.

2. 15-Day Dashboard History Limit (Data Optimization)

To optimize platform performance and ensure high data security, your active dashboard on the Useus24 app/website will only display history for the last 15 days.

Any service records, wallet deductions, or transaction logs older than 15 days will be automatically archived and removed from your live dashboard view.

3. Requesting Archived History (Older than 15 Days)

If you require access to your service or transaction history older than 15 days, we will not be able to deliver because we permanently remove from database within few days.

4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain archived data securely in compliance with the prevailing information technology and financial laws of India.

If a user deletes or permanently closes their Useus24 account, all stored data will be permanently wiped from our active servers, except for information that we are legally required to retain for regulatory auditing.

5. Third-Party Sharing
Useus24 Service India does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or usage history to third-party marketing companies. Data is only shared with authorized payment gateways or legal authorities if required by law.
